Oslo to Bergen: Ryfoss

We are currently driving through the most stunning scenery on our way from Oslo to Bergen. It is a bit less than 500 km (depending on which route you take), but we wanted to take our time so we have stayed one night in one stop, two nights at another and are currently at our third stop, where we will stay for two nights.

All through the drive, Steffen and I were “oohing” and “ahhing” at every turn. Lakes, rivers, waterfalls, mountains, fjords, fields, bridges, adorable wooden houses; it was all so beautiful. We took a million pictures, so enjoy!

We found our first campground just driving along the highway and it was so beautiful and peaceful. We stayed right next to the river, and the kids enjoyed playing near the water.

In the morning the girls and I made a quick visit to a nearby waterfall while Steffen got a bit of work done before our drive. It was much larger than I expected!
