We spent our last few days in Tahoe with my college friend and her daughter (who we had also met up with in Sacramento a few weeks earlier) to squeeze in some more quality time together. We swam in the pool, spent an afternoon at the beach, my friend and Luisa set up an amazing treasure hunt through the forest and we ended the trip with a super fun day at the Tahoe Treetop Adventure Park ropes course. We all love those places! And I’m always impressed with the girls’ bravery and athleticism.

We feel so grateful to my family that allows us to use their condo in Tahoe whenever we come visit. It truly feels like home because of our numerous visits there throughout the girls’ childhood so after spending months staying at various family member’s houses (which we totally appreciated!!), it was nice to be somewhere that felt a bit like ours. That in combination with the natural beauty, the endless outdoor activities and the time with loved ones made our time in Tahoe priceless!
